Recent months’ travel to Beijing, Los Angeles, New York, Porto San Giorgio, Helsinki, Oslo and London put into perspective how very tiny this world is. Forget the film “Around the world in 80 days”. Passport and swish-- you’re off! Back on the ground in Sweden, a bonus came to me. I found myself on the list of the Top One-hundred most powerful people in fashion, chosen by the Male Magazine KING. Where did I place? I think I’ll let you find that out .
We’ve continued making this film for our website. It’s fun! I was never an actress and probably never will be, so I am just me. Please watch “The Making Of”… it’s full of surprises! Now we have released the fourth film with only two more to go. The big film premiere of these is on the 24th of September and we’re going to give away free tickets, so keep an eye out for more information on our website.
Let me tell you about my new design……
We are releasing two special jewellery pieces this summer, Soft Tear and Chain On Chain. Soft Tear will be available at retailers but Chain On Chain will only be available in Efva Attling concept stores and online. Two expressive necklaces.
Soft Tear - I made this piece many many years ago so for me it´s already a classic. It´s been laying on my workdesk just waiting to be released. Now finally it is ready to see it´s audience, my Soft Tear.
Chain On Chain - Two chains in one that makes a beautiful and cool necklace. The bigger rings are also to be found in the Chain Reaction collection consisting of a necklace and a bracelet.
Earlier this spring we have released the Mini necklaces in 18k gold and diamonds, Me Myself & I, a boost-yourself necklace, pearl Earrings I call ”Day Pearl” set in gold for everyday use and Mojo Brace, a personal favourite. A woven silver bracelet that comes in a heavy and lighter one.
